    External Canvas Care

    To preserve your item in its pristine condition follow these steps:

    Dampen a cloth with mild soap in water solution. Wipe your tote bag in gentle circular motions, working the stains as you go.

    Rinse your cloth free of any soap residue, then work the soap solution out of the canvas. Once thoroughly cleaned, the Canvas Tote Bag can be left indoors to air dry.

    External Leather Care

    To preserve your item in its pristine condition follow these steps:

    Keep away from environments with prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity.

    We do not recommend using commercially available care products on the market that contain harmful chemicals, not only is it bad for your leather goods, it is also bad for your health and the environment.

    A gentle wipe with water will suffice, followed by patting dry with a dry towel.

    Internal Faux Leather Care

    A regular wipe cleaning is required to prevent stains. Keep away from sharp edges or rough surfaces that will harm the faux leather surface.

    Embroidery Care

    Rinse your stitched piece under cool running water. Then submerge in a bath with mild scentless soap in water mixture, soap dish works just as well as an eco-friendly solution. Let it sit for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour if needed. Gently swish the bath every so often.

    You may rinse and leave out to air dry.

    Shipping

    We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order within 3-5 working days from the date of your order submission for local shipping. We operate Monday to Friday except for official public holidays.

    We are reducing the use of bubble wrap in a decision to reduce the use of plastic from the packing of your goods. This also helps to bring down the shipping cost by cutting extra weight. In return, it benefits you. The dust bag is designed to protect your goods, so let it serve its purpose. Do not be alarmed by any minor indentations that occur during the shipment. We favour environmental literacy over fancy packaging. Join us to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

    Customisation Lead Time 

    We will take 2-3 weeks as lead time on top of delivery lead time for customised pieces.

    Made to Order Items (Pre-Order)

    These are pre-order items still in preview. The products are newly released designs about to enter the production stage and will arrive at the warehouse in an appropriate timeframe.

    Upon check out, you will receive an email to verify the status of your order.

    Made to Order pieces are in higher demand among other products, often customised items that require special handling.

    Placing a later order for additional Made to Order items will take another 7-days cycle for us to replenish our stock and then fulfil your order for you.

     

    I have Made to Order items and in-stock products in my order. Do we receive the in-stock items first?

    If you have these items in your cart, we will ship your completed order in one shipping when the Made to Order items are ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, you may separate your orders into 2. We recommend this for urgent orders or gifting as part of our initiative to mark down shipping costs and save resources to improve the environment.


    What should you pre-order an item as soon as possible?

    Ensure that you have the first choice over the size and item you want without the risk of missing out. When you pre-order an item, you have already cut through a queue and avoid a long waiting cycle.

     

    Shipping Duration  

    We ship our products every Monday - Friday, between 9am to 5pm (+8.00 GMT). Subjective to Malaysian Public Holidays.

     

    Orders Handling

    The order processing and dispatch will take 1 to 2 business days, subjective to weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Our teams vouched to process every order the instant they receive it.

    If your order is in conjunction with Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day and other holidays, we will fulfil your orders at the appropriate time. We are a small artisanal business of 3 in a team to package and dispatch all purchases to the best of our abilities.

    You may proceed to purchase a sold-out item as a Made to Order piece. The purchase will adhere to the 7-working day cycle to restock, followed by production and delivery. You will receive instant notification if your order arrives at a later date.

    Purchases with In-stock and Made to Order items will ship out in one delivery as a complete order. For urgent orders, contact our team for further arrangements. The request to receive in-stock items first will incur additional postage charges.

    You will receive a tracking code for your purchase. For multiple orders placed in the same shipping destination on the same account, your orders will be combined into one tracking code, unless otherwise requested.

     

    Tracking ID Information

    Your tracking ID will appear on your profile 1 business day after shipping out. Our team is ever ready to assist you. If you did not receive your tracking information or when your order is taking more time than expected, please reach out to us at klassit@sitnature.com, we will provide you further assistance.

    Shipping fees are not refundable for inaccurate delivery information placed in the order.

WE COOPERATE EFFECTIVELY WITH OUR SHIPPING PARTNER TO MAINTAIN A DEMONSTRATED RECORD OF RELIABLE SHIPPING WITH NO DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. IN THE LOSS OF YOUR PARCEL DURING TRANSIT, PLEASE INFORM OUR TEAM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

    We further markdown your shipping costs for international express or standard, preventing unnecessary customs charges & duties by shipping your parcel as a gift.

    Delays caused by destination custom clearances, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit is out of our hands.

    The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

    Foreign Transaction Fees

    Klassit is not in control of any additional fees that would have been charged by your bank.
